We stand behind the quality and performance of our jump ropes. If you are not satisfied with your Levitate.hl™ Jump Rope for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the jump rope must be in its original condition and packaging, free from any signs of wear or damage. Please ensure that all components, including user manuals and accessories, are included in the return package.
Easy Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label to send the item back to us.

Carefully package the jump rope, along with all accessories, and attach the provided return shipping label to the package.

Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location or arrange for a pickup through the designated courier.
Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Defective or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that your jump rope arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
